Overview

Revenue Roster LLC ("Revenue Roster," "we," "us," or "our") is an Alabama limited liability company that operates revenueroster.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or submit a form, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

We collect only what we need to operate our matching service. We do not sell your data. We do not display advertising. This policy will be updated as our services and technology evolve — the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you submit one of our forms:

  • Organization Intake Form: Contact name, business email, company name, product or service description, target buyer profile, deal size, rep type preference, pipeline status, sales history, engagement preferences, and start timeline.
  • Sales Rep Application: Full name, email address, LinkedIn profile URL, years of sales experience, employment status, deal history, industry experience, preferred engagement type, and availability.
  • Contact Form: Name, email address, reason for contact, and message.

We may also collect information automatically when you visit our site, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. See the Cookies & Tracking section below for details.

Cookies & tracking technologies

We use and may expand our use of tracking technologies — including cookies, pixels, and similar tools — to understand how visitors interact with our site, improve our service, and support our marketing efforts. These may include:

  • Analytics: Tools that help us understand traffic patterns, page performance, and visitor behavior in aggregate.
  • Advertising pixels: Code placed by advertising platforms (such as Meta, Google, or LinkedIn) that allows us to measure ad effectiveness and serve relevant content to people who have visited our site.
  • Retargeting: Technologies that allow us to show ads to previous visitors across third-party websites and platforms.
  • Functional cookies: Used to remember your preferences or maintain session state across pages.

When we deploy tools that require consent under applicable law, we will display a cookie notice that gives you the ability to accept or decline non-essential tracking. Until such notice is shown, only essential site functionality is active.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies may affect some site functionality but will not prevent you from submitting forms or accessing content.

How we use your information

We use submitted information to operate our sales matching service:

  • To evaluate whether an organization is a good fit for our roster
  • To assess a rep's experience and match them to relevant opportunities
  • To facilitate introductions between matched organizations and reps
  • To communicate with you about your submission or active engagement
  • To send invoices and manage payments related to active engagements
  • To improve our website, forms, and matching process

Marketing communications: With your consent, or where permitted by applicable law, we may contact you about services, updates, or opportunities relevant to your use of Revenue Roster. Every marketing message will include a clear way to opt out, and we will honor opt-out requests promptly. Opting out of marketing does not affect communications related to an active engagement.

We do not use your information for behavioral profiling by third parties, nor for automated decisions that materially affect your rights without human review.

How we share your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:

  • With matched parties: If we make a match, we share relevant professional information — not direct contact details until both parties confirm interest — with the other party as part of the engagement process.
  • With service providers: We work with third-party vendors to store data, process payments, and operate our platform. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
  • With advertising platforms: If we use ad pixels or conversion tracking (see Cookies & Tracking above), aggregated or hashed data may be shared with those platforms to measure performance. We do not share your name or full contact details in this context.
  • If required by law: We may disclose information if required by a valid legal process, court order, or government authority.

Data retention

We retain your submitted information for as long as necessary to operate our service and maintain records of engagements. If you submit a form but are not matched and have no active engagement, we retain your submission for up to 12 months.

If you would like your information removed sooner, contact us at hello@revenueroster.com and we will process your request within 10 business days, subject to any legal or contractual obligations that require us to maintain certain records.

Your rights

Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion of your information (subject to legal or contractual obligations)
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time
  • Withdraw consent for any processing that is based solely on your consent

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@revenueroster.com or use our contact form. We will respond within 10 business days.

California residents

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising without disclosure.

To submit a CCPA-related request, contact us at hello@revenueroster.com. We will verify your identity before processing the request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for business professionals and are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has submitted information through our site, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us at hello@revenueroster.com.

Security

All form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss — including access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and limiting access to personnel who need it to operate the service.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you have concerns about submitting a specific piece of sensitive information online, contact us first and we can discuss alternative approaches.
